Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to enquiries made through this Site and to services provided by Web Design Agency Singapore, a division of IT Solution Pte Ltd (UEN 201216738N), Singapore. Specific projects are also governed by the individual proposal, quotation or agreement signed for that engagement, which prevails in the event of any conflict.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a binding contract. It is an invitation for us to discuss your requirements and, where appropriate, provide a proposal or quotation. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them and may be revised to reflect changes in scope or prevailing market rates.

Scope, fees and payment

The scope of work, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST where applicable. Payment terms are as specified in the agreement for the engagement.

Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on your providing accurate information, content, approvals and feedback when needed. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law
